The City of Little Rock hosted ribbon cutting and block party on June 24 to celebrate the grand opening of several new
businesses inside the 12th Street Station at 12th and Cedar streets. The new location housed at the Little Rock Police
Department’s 12th Street substation includes a Southern Bancorp bank branch, a University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences café and Philander Smith University’s new Community Engagement Center.
